Just thought I'd put a post here. Sorry Its English - I'm not very good at speaking or writing Japanese. I will write simply, easier to translate.
How do people make friends in this city? Almost a whole year, but only online friends. I think I'm doing something wrong? I'm average white American, 30 years old, not handsome but not ugly.... not weak but not strong. Confident mostly. Try to go out often, (work long hours though, usually weekend and nighttime) try to talk with strangers, try to go to social events... But no friends "stick". Don't want to spend whole holiday alone, but think I must. Want excitement, social contact, a little intimacy? In open relationship so any new experience is nice... but only get "hello" and then walk away. Want to experience, but first step seems impossible. Not sure where to look... Not a picky person. Anyone 20-100 years old . Prefer at least a little English knowledge. Social Drinking - Stay home or go out, just for fun, or social, friend or just one night friend, literally anything but always nothing. Any ideas?
