moneybookersから引き出そうとしたら以下のようなメッセージが出ました。

3銀行日（営業日？）以内とありますが、そんな短期間に新生銀行から用紙って届くかどうかわからず不安です。
そもそも過去レスを読むと verification code の記載がない、という風に書いてあります。
どなたか同じような内容を受け取っていて、わかる方いらっしゃいますか？
